FirstName LastName joined Alpha Omega Infusion Services in May of 2018 as our practice manager. FirstName has a diverse background within many disciplines, which enables her to understand personal and business needs from a range of perspectives. She brings with her a strong background in management, accounting, bookkeeping and human resources. Prior to joining Alpha Omega Infusion Services, FirstName managed an alternative medicine practice where her duties included medical office management, human resources, accounting, assisting in patient care and recruiting multicultural talent.
With her natural compassion towards people, and her strong background in management and accounting, FirstName is a perfect fit at Alpha Omega. She is a positive professional within all areas of the practice and ensures the office run smoothly and professionally to support the staff, the practice, and our patients.

FirstName LastName is our insurance verification and authorization specialist. FirstName joined Alpha Omega Infusion Services in July 2018 and comes to us with a solid background in insurance authorization and verification. Throughout her career, FirstName has worked in many areas of health care, including rehabilitation with traumatic brain injuries (TBI), Ob/Gyn, and in pain management. FirstName will work closely with you to verify your insurance benefits and in obtaining authorization prior to your treatment.

FirstName LastName joined Alpha Omega Infusion Services in May of 2018. She serves as our infusion therapy scheduling coordinator. Prior to joining Alpha Omega Infusion Services, FirstName spent over four years in the healthcare industry, and she also enjoyed time as a stay-at-home mom. We’re thankful that she decided to rejoin the workforce, as FirstName is a vitally important team member at Alpha Omega. Her attention to detail shows in all that she does. As a patient of our practice, you will work closely with FirstName in scheduling your infusion treatments for days and times that are convenient to your schedule, but that also meet the criteria set forth by your referring physician and by Dr. Houston. FirstName states she loves her job and making a difference in the lives of our patients.

FirstName LastName joined Alpha Omega Infusion Services in June of 2018. Born and raised in New Orleans, FirstName brings a bit of wonderful, southern creole flair to our practice. She moved to Houston in 2001 when her spouse was transferred here, but frequently returns to her native roots to enjoy time with family and friends. Prior to joining Alpha Omega Infusion Services, she worked as a receptionist for an orthodontist in Louisiana, and for an otolaryngologist in west Houston.
FirstName has a strong background in insurance services, with a specialty in workers compensation. In her role at Alpha Omega Infusion Services, FirstName focuses on billing and collections and works with both insurance companies and patients to bring about resolution when there are issues regarding payments being appropriately processed.
